Website Services Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

A-Plus Productions (“Company,” “we,” “us”) provides website design, hosting, and maintenance as a subscription-based Website-as-a-Service (“WAAS”). By submitting payment or signing our Service Agreement, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

2. Fees & Payments

• Client pays a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly subscription fee per the selected plan (Section 3).
• Payments are processed via Stripe and billed automatically each month.
• Setup fees are due at enrollment. Subscription billing begins immediately after setup payment.

3. Pricing & Plans

The plan chosen during checkout or in a signed Service Agreement governs pricing.

• Simple Plan (includes 2–5 minor changes/month): $1,000 setup, $129/month
• Standard Plan (priority support & faster turnaround): $1,500 setup, $199/month
• Pro Plan (premium service with advanced support): $2,000 setup, $349/month

“Minor changes” are small text edits and image swaps; larger redesigns/features require a new agreement or custom quote.

4. Term & Cancellation (30 Days)

• Services are month-to-month and renew automatically.
• Client may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. During the notice period, services and billing continue; termination becomes effective at the end of the 30-day period.
• Hosting and platform access end at the conclusion of the paid period following the 30-day notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, logos, images, and text needed to build and maintain the site.
• Ensure all submitted content complies with applicable laws and intellectual-property rights.

6. Revisions & Updates

• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of minor updates; unused edits do not roll over.
• Work beyond plan limits may be billed at the Company’s hourly rate.

7. Ownership (Domains, Site, and Automations)

• Domains: Domains purchased, registered, or managed by the Company remain Company property. If the Client cancels services and wishes to assume ownership of the domain, a one-time domain buyout fee applies (amount as listed on the order form or current fee schedule). Transfer occurs after the fee clears and any registrar requirements are met.
• Website Platform & Automations: Website designs, templates, hosting environment, forms, CRM assets, pipelines, and all automations/integrations are proprietary to the Company and licensed only while the subscription is active and paid. These assets are not transferable upon cancellation.
• Export Option: Upon cancellation, Client may request a static export of website files (transfer fee may apply). Platform-specific features (CRM data structures, forms, automations, pipelines, integrations) are excluded from export.

8. Refund Policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable after the billing cycle starts.

9. Liability

The Company is not liable for lost business, damages, or downtime caused by third-party providers, internet/hosting outages, or events beyond our control. Reasonable security measures are used; however, no method is 100% secure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute shall be brought in its courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment or signing the Service Agreement, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
